Checklist for a Good Restaurant Website

Why do people visit restaurant’s websites?

They do not go to listen to the music nor to hear the staff discuss the particular story of the restaurant. When people visit your restaurant’s website, they are looking for very specific information. Speifically, information regarding your: menu, address, contact details, happy hour and specials, reservations, or career opportunities.

When developing a website for your restaurant – always defer to the principle of Occam’s Razor: simpler is better. Keep in mind you only need to include the information that people are looking for. Nothing more, nothing less.
