At our company the main processes that help manage the company are executed on a week long basis. This is because we’re a business that deals with people on weekly basis. Our people may start and tasks that the client requested in the span of hours, but the internal processes require a weekly cycle to execute.

- Internal Training

- Accounts Receivables
- Project Status Reviews
The weekly cycle gives people a chance to plan their daily tasks around the process check points. At any given point during the week people that are responsible for different processes feel that they can’t execute and complete the process, they can ask for help from other team members.
The bad side of having a weekly cycle.
Is that it’s easy to push things off to the process review meetings and not actually get things done.
